KPI used to measure the performance of field sales staff based on various indicators such as revenue, order count, customer visits, new customer acquisition, and debt collection. 

To create KPIs quickly and reuse them, you must first create a KPI Template. 

KPI Template — Steps to Create

Step 1. Go to KPIs menu → click KPI Templates


Step 2. Click New


Step 3. Enter information in the Create KPI Template form


Name: Name of the template (e.g. KPI Q4 2025) 

Description: Detailed description of this KPI template

General Targets: These are overall targets applied to sales staff: 

  • Total Order Value: Total invoice value the employee must achieve within the month.
  • Order Count: The total number of orders that must be sold during the month.
  • Successful Visits:  The number of successful customer visits within the month.
  • New Customer: The number of new customers to be acquired in the month. Only counts customers who have generated their first sales order.
  • Walk-in Customer: The number of walk-in customers with new orders in the month. Only counts customers who had no orders in the previous 3 months.
  • Debt Collection: The amount of receivables collected in the month, calculated from received payments.
  • Product Weight: The total weight of the Product Targets section (right side), for balancing and cross-checking with General Targets.
  • Weight: The weight assigned to each indicator, used to calculate the overall KPI completion rate.

Note:

  • Total Weight of all General Targets must equal 100
  • If Weight = 0, that target does not affect the final KPI score

Product Targets: These are specific targets for each product that the employee must achieve.

Add products to KPI Template: 

Click  button to open the “Select Products” form → select the products to include in the KPI Template by click  in the Options column.


Note: In the Select Products form, only products with inventory greater than 0 will be displayed.

After selecting the products, enter Target Quantity and Weight for each product: 

Image: Product image (if available).

Product: The product to be tracked in the KPI.

Target Quantity: Minimum quantity that must be sold.

Weight: The weight that contributes to the overall KPI score for that product.

Notes: 

  • The total Weight of all products under Product Targets must equal 100.
  • If a product has Weight = 0, selling that product does not affect the overall KPI progress.

Step 4. Click Save

Step 5. Activate Template

Turn the toggle ON in the Status column to activate the KPI Template. Only active templates can be used when create KPIs.
